Patriot Express Auto rents to own in Texas.

I have been coming here for nearly 20 years with great service from the previous owner, Greg when it was 15th and Custer Tire and Service. Recently it sold and is now Patriot Express Tire and Oil. I just went in for an oil change and met the new owner Brent and Fabio at the counter. They are both very nice and helpful and got me all fixed up and from talking with Brent, it’s clear that he will run it with integrity, honesty and professionalism! I believe the lead mechanic is the same individual who has been there for a very long time as well. Highly recommend coming here! Great prices! You won’t regret it!

They sent me a written quote for the tires so I could compare to other vendors. The price was fair and inline with other locations. I’ve used this location for years and with new ownership was curious about their service. Dropped car off before they opened using the key drop box and the car was ready by 9:30. Customer service was great and friendly.

Excellent service from start to finish. The mechanics are knowledgeable and honest, and the new owner is doing an outstanding job. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop.

Great experience! Very professional and honest answered all my questions and just took great care of me from day he owner to the technicians. They even hired a uber to take me home. Definitely will use them again and recommend to otheres. Thank You😊

The best service I've had at an automotive repair shop in decades. I needed a long over due catalytic converter replacement. Noticed my serpentine belt was split while they were doing the work and took care of it. Answered questions I had about my Altima CVT transmission. (2013 Altima, 251,000 miles And he was honest.) I will be back for any repairs and I will highly recommend them.👍👍👍

I can’t recommend Patriot highly enough! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. They were honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The work was completed quickly, the pricing was fair, and my vehicle has been running perfectly ever since. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this team has earned my confidence. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality service with an exceptional customer experience, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future automotive needs!

I received a coupon mailer for Patriot Express and I was in need of emissions testing on my car. I’m not sure I would’ve know about this auto shop otherwise as it’s a little hidden in this Collin Creek development construction (driving behind Hobby Lobby) to find it. I stopped in just after 2pm on a Wednesday and they were able to get me in & out in around 20 minutes. The waiting area & restroom, were clean & comfy. Complimentary coffee, water & cokes. TV volume at a respectable level. Friendly people! Would recommend!

Another great experience with the team at Patriot Express. Had previously been to their other Plano location, but decided to try this one for my recent Subaru Forester tire rotation. They are a Goodyear partner, which is convenient. It is also right across the street from a Starbucks, so I was able to get some work done during the service. Anna, Carlos and team were very friendly and efficient. As expected, pricing and repairs were honest and transparent, reflective of my previous experiences with Patriot Express. The lobby area is clean, and I look forward to seeing the refreshed look post-refurbishment. Thanks to the team for another fantastic experience! We will be back!

I always felt comfortable working with Patriot . They even got my wheels painted gloss black for an affordable price. I am going back next week for more service also. New note: When American Muscle asked me for a recommendation for an installation of 20x11 on my 2026 Mustang GT Premium Patriot Express came through with flying colors fot ! See the pictures !!.

Got my oil changed here last week. I decided to come back for the state inspection. I was very impressed with both services. The front desk technician was very friendly and greeted me. He began working on the car immediately so I didn’t have to wait long. The waiting area is very clean, has a TV and complimentary drinks for customers. I’ll definitely come back for other services!
