A large Elm tree surrendered to the wind and came to rest on or utility shed late last year crushing it to the ground.. shocking!! Searching the internet for a replacement… Lone Star Structures displayed several photos of their products; there was one that “spoke” to me—-had all the features we hoped to get and was even painted to match our home, and was discounted to boot! Eric and his very kind staff reserved it for us, and held it till after the Christmas holidays. It was delivered on time and leveled and secured on cement supports without a hitch. Build quality is excellent. Had more problems with HOA approval than anything. I can endorse this company without reservation. Eric is a great guy—would like to meet him some day. Great quality shed, fantastic customer service, and a quick, professional delivery. After designing my shed on their website, Eric contacted me to discuss pricing and the next steps. He was pleasant to work with and not pushy at all. Pricing is competitive with other options and more than resonable for the quality of work. In less than 4 weeks, my shed was on-site! Joe handled the offloading and site setup very professionally. He worked quickly, but didn't rush and got everything placed right where I wanted. This is the second building I have purchased from Lone Star Structures and I have been extremely happy and impressed with the process. From design to delivery, everyone has been professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The quality is great and it was delivered ahead of schedule. No need to look any further for a shed! I will never buy another shed from anyone else besides Lone Star Structures. Cynthia was AMAZING to work with. I called multiple shed shops that service Dallas and Lone Star was the only one that could get me the shed size that I needed and have it delivered the same week. The dispatcher, Joe, was also incredibly nice and efficient! He unloaded the shed and had it level and ready in under 20 minutes! The quality is exceptional and we are beyond thrilled with our shed experience thus far!
I purchased two storage buildings for a local non-profit Thrift Store that I work with, and Lone Star Structures was absolutely great to work with! Every employee that I had interaction with was professional and very helpful, the prices were better than any I found closer to home, and the delivery was handled with great care, on time and the workers were great and very knowledgeable. Spoke with Mr Eric and ordered a shed for our home. 6week wait for an “assemble on site” 10x12 shed. Not a big deal with the weather being what it is currently. Shed came in and the three man team knocked it out in about 2:30 hours. Very polite and professional. Cleaned up any mess that was made and vanished as quickly as they came. Would definitely recommend LSS to anyone needing/wanting a shed for their home.
We ordered a 12x32 studio shed from Lone Star to craft into a future tiny home on our acreage. The 3D design studio online made it easy to modify the basic shed into exactly what we wanted. The team was also available to respond to questions, both via phone and email...and we had quite a few to make sure the design would suit our needs. The delivery process was easy to schedule and right on time. Watching Joe unload and position the shed was nothing short of magic. Affordable, innovative designs and excellent customer service. We will definitely be using Lone Star as we continue to build out our cottage collection for friends and family!
