I visited this store in need of a custom build. The person at the counter took down my specifications and my contact information. A week later no estimate, no contact. I called to find out what happened and the person answering the phone could not find me in the system. They took my information and PROMISED to return a call right away after speaking with the manager. Again, no call back. I’m not sure they want my business…….moving on.

I had an excellent experience with D & K Portable Buildings. K. Thomas was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He responded quickly every time I had a question and was always courteous and professional. If you're looking for a portable building, storage shed, or quality portable structure, I highly recommend D & K Portable Buildings. The customer service was outstanding and the communication was fast and clear from start to finish. K. Thomas made everything simple and stress-free, which made a big difference. Great service, reliable communication, and a company that truly cares about their customers. I would definitely recommend D & K Portable Buildings to anyone needing a portable building.
