Best Buy Tire & Automotive rents to own in Ohio.

I have been coming to this shop for about 5 years and I am always extremely pleased with my service. This winter (2025) was treacherous and I needed new front tires. I received the best tires and will continue to use these guys. Yes, some days you may have to wait longer, but if you want better service / product, it's worth it.

These guys really handle their business here. The only thing I don't like is that they have a sign up saying. That their not responsible for possible breakage of your Stud, Hubcsps, Lug Nuts and Wheel Locks or Wheel Sensors. 🤔 I can't be the only person that was raised on the notion of if you break something you pay for it.

I called this shop as it was recommended and they just kept hanging up on me. 1st time I thought accident and second i got upset so 3rd i was going to give them a piece of my mind but the guy who picked up said stop calling and hung up. needless to say my employee was still stuck with the car I refused to do business with unprofessionalism such as this. My guys vehicle can find better anywhere as it wont take much to outshine this rudeness.

Always get excellent service from Best Buy Tire! I get all of my wheels done there.

I didn't want to do this but I'm personally unsatisfied. I waited 6 & 1/2 days just to be told my rack & pinion was bad & when I finally arrived I had problems closing my hood ( never was a problem) my hummer was dead ( new batt, fuse box, fuses & alternator) & what pissed me off the most was my vech had been trashed in the inside. I've always held this place to a high standard. I would never give my vehicle to them again .no trust no security & And shame on them you can't even trust, They got your best interest in your vehicle. I didn't want to interact with my problems there Demeanor already gave me my answer to what they were gonna do
