They are fantastic builders. They do a wonderful job and get it done in one day most of the time it’s just one guy that does it all this is my second shed. I love it.

Posting for my parents:They are good at what they do and my dad is very pleased with them. They came out and leveled the shed for him. He also, said they did a fantastic job building the shed. The shed turned out great and exactly how we pictured it. It matches our house and it has lots of space inside for our equipment. I knocked it down one star, only because the guy on site left an absolute mess with dirt / mud which in turn got into our brand new pool. When I asked the guy to clean up the site prior to him leaving, he said it was out of the scope of his job (like what lol) - Our house is a new build and over the last 2 years have had a ton of workers there - all of which clean up when they are done. Other than that, the ordering process was easy and turned out like what we had in mind.

***UPDATED WITH RESPONSE***Shed quality aside... They get 1 star for disrespect and inconsideration. My neighbor seems to be having a shed built by one of their crews. They were out here at 6:30am using loud power tools waking us, and probably other neighbors. I don't know what time it was but they woke me up early yesterday too. Running loud power tools in a neighborhood with young kids and working parents that are trying to sleep is inconsiderate. Please have your crews start at a time that is respectful of the people around them. ----- RESPONSE ----- It is understandable that you and your crew want to avoid working in the direct sunlight on days which are so hot. Although, ironically, the crew continued to work through the heat of the day, not stopping until after 5pm. It is commendable that you have the concern for the health of your crew to not subject them to those conditions. But you could do that while also being considerate of those around the worksite. Regardless that this is in violation of Chapter 11 Article 3 of the Code of the City of Wichita with a $500 per day penalty, your response provides insight for customers about what the business practices are based and where priorities lie between the revenue from individual project and the privacy, health, and well-being of the 12 or so people whom it disturbs for multiple days straight. Having been a past customer, I'm a little disappointed that I didn't know this information previously. However, future potential customers can take into consideration how the business practices will affect the people around them and how it will influence or impact the ongoing relationships and interactions they will inevitably have with those neighbors.

We have paid down for a bldg. Will have it up in 2 weeks. Can I let you know then? The building is up. Work was done in one day by one amazing carpenter. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.
