Janet is a terrible manager. Was told $16 to start and then Janet called and said we had to pay monthly an hour before delivery. When she insisted on another $189 and said they were short staffed on drivers (after my husband had arranged with his work to be off calls and present for delivery) I expressed mild frustration. But I agreed. She told me she was canceling my delivery and didnt want to do business with us. She also lied and said she would check with the driver but transferred me to the other store. That was the store we had meant to work with in the first place. My husband is a customer success director and said her service skills were appalling. Her bitter unfriendly attitude, unwillingness to help, and desire to inconvenience us is being reported to corporate. Probably the worst customer service of my life. Im pregnant and sold my old sofa yesterday and tonight have nothing to sit on because Janet canceled the delivery out of spite while it was en route. I wasn't even rude, just mildly frustrated but she seems like the kind of person that needs to take her bad day out on others. A store is a reflection of their manager. Another girl there that didnt speak good English had me text my license and sensitive information over to a random number. Just an all around sketchy experience and hope I don't get scammed. Maybe that is their policy- I don't know. But I would use the other Rent A Center in Westminster. They are exceptional and the manager comes off helpful, intelligent, and really motivated.
Cancelled day of. Very rude.They also collected all our payment info and asked us to text them sensitive information to a random cell phone number. Contacting corporate. Really concerned about the manager Janet.
Was told 10 for first week then told $191 to deliver. Lies from the start and bad business practices especially after waiting two weeks to let me know my order was finally in.
Been with this store for the last two years and I love it Janet and her team at the store and amazing to work with everytime stores always clean and stocked and they are always on time with delivery communication is always good thanks again will continue to go back
Janet does an incredible job taking care of her clients and provides exceptional customer service. I am so thankful she has been around to help us. Thank you!
