I’m deeply disappointed with the customer service I received from the store manager, David. Around 12/9/2025, after I asked a clarifying question about an extension on my account, he told me: “I’m the last person you want to question or come at like that. Just for that, I’ll not approve your extension and make you 30 days late.” This statement felt like a threat, and I was shocked by the unprofessional tone, especially coming from someone in a management position. I calmly de-escalated the situation and later called customer service to file a formal complaint. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced unprofessional behavior at this location, and I sincerely hope the district manager takes this seriously. Customers deserve respect, not intimidation. I called and made a complaint to their customer solution center at their customer service number and was advised that someone will reach out to me to talk further. It is 1/14/2026 and no response or follow-up has been made. I have paid off the property and now own it so I feel more comfortable speaking up as I feared retaliation due to the first incident I experienced with the Store Manager, David last year around the same time.

RAC is so freaking frustrating sometimes, I hate when they schedule your delivery, not once but twice they call to reschedule, but he’ll if your one day late with your payment one day, they are on you. Or they give an excuse that they have to deliver out of down, take care of people who are in close vicinity and has already a schedule

The Sterling RentaCenter, Has been good to me. Got me through tough times. Jasmine seems to be the new head honcho. Love this girl :) everytime I need something she is the one on the phone and doing the work for me. Jasmine needs a raise.

Do not shop here manager will forget to cancel an order and charge you fraudulently. Than refund while his staff harasses you for a missed payment and will cuss you out and of course every time you call the store manager is unavailable and staff will talk to you rudely

You know I really wanted to rate better I been going through them for years great inventory selection and if you want something they don't have they will find a store that has it. I am rating 2 stars for the fact that their delivery has gone down hill a bit I ordered an item on Wednesday to be delivered on Saturday between 12-3pm but my item wasn't delivered i called multiple times asking if they were still planning on making the delivery everytime I was told yes then the store closed and no one called me to reschedule a delivery or anything. Now I had to go 6 days without a washer or a dryer because they are closed today for the holiday. This isn't the first time and I'm not the first person. This happened to my parent when they ordered a couch they just dropped it off on the driveway and left and they ordered a bed that never got delivered. So my suggestion would be to only order items that you can carry out yourself and take home because delivery is not great anymore.
