have had the worst customer service today saying I attacked him while I was actually complaining about the delivery guys not putting thing back together. They took my shoe off and my screen door and took apart half my old stove and never put it back together knowing it was not going to the trash but belonged to the landlord. I have the phone call recorded,I never attacked him just asked questions. He told me my girlfriend needed to call him and i airway started she was my wife Eben the call began, so, i addressed that she's my wife nor my girlfriend and then he then got more upset. when I asked him what his name was he hung up on me. I called back and a nice lady was more than happy to tell me that i was speaking with Brad priorly and she mentioned they get alot of complaints about Brad. So who've ever had a great experience that posted her on Google with Brad only delt with him as sales rep and nothing regarding complaints. He can truly seem a few phone call, but he sucks at cosine satisfaction. He really needs to learn to listen as he called my wife my girlfriend when I started she was my wife at the beginning of the call and i told him i was a listed person on the account. He's not very knowledgeable unless he uses the PC and Google to find specs for kitchen electronics as he's the one who sold us the fridge and stove ave had to do research age call is back b4 the purchase. He truly Needs more training. If not maybe he needs a new job.
Brad made my experience so hassle free I was prepared for protracted ordeal we was done in less then 15 minutes. Had a explanation ready for all my questions
Is rent a center only hit them up if you need something you can't afford out right or wait to save for cause they have the worst prices on earth. That said the selection is great and staff is incredible. Friendly, helpful and quick. Had me in and out with my ebike in record time.
