Don’t recommend staff here is unprofessional rude and when you try to make a payment, they tell you that you can’t make a payment so they can come take your items And make it look like it’s all your fault. I will never buy from them again.
Turned in the Xbox I was paying on for repair and the lady said it would take up to 4 weeks and they would have NO communication with the company that repairs the Xbox for the 4 weeks either BUT I need to still pay for the Xbox even though I don’t have the Xbox and instead that she couldn’t just switch out the Xbox with a new one in the store that she had behind the counter!!! So life happened and I couldn’t pay for the Xbox and had her take it till I could pay her but till this day I don’t have the console nor do I have the 508.33 I put towards the Xbox and I can’t get the console back either cuz her reason is that I was late on a payment TACITLY this company has stole from me
Blanca and DJ are a godsend both of them work diligently to try to keep me happy with the service and the supply within the store not to mention they are both excellent conversationalist and I also appreciate Vincent and his comedical ways I do hope this review helps and trust me they all deserve a good raise
Horrible horrible service!! Do not go here If they screw up they blame on customer and hang up on them over the phone if they get upset. Talked to manager and got the worst customer service I have ever received. Did all paperwork online and waited 4 hours for delivery that was scheduled on their site called when they didn’t show up. Told that it was my fault because I didn’t call in to the store and give the exact information that was online. Did not care that I got no information saying I needed to call store. Don’t waste your time.
Finally got my agreement paid off today!! Literally a weight has been lifted. I dealt with them for almost a year and they were pretty rude at the end. I was a payment behind and they literally called me every single day. Threatening to come pick up my stuff. The female worker Blanca tries to be nice but you get that vibe she’s definitely only doing it be because she has to. Oh and another thing they told me there was no possible way to send me a receipt after I paid it off? Like okay!! I think that’s very strange. It cost $900 today to pay everything off and no receipt? MY ADVICE, do not use Rent-A-Center unless you absolutely have to. I paid $112 biweekly for about a year if not longer. I will never ever use them again for anything. In the future I think I’ll definitely try AARONS.
