They had me sign multiple agreements for the same product. The first time I did it was online then they called and had me do it all over again. Then when I tried to get it picked up they said I have to pay up front when it already went through online with a promo for $0 till the end of January . Not sure whats going on but it’s way more quick and simple at AARONS. Pretty sure they made me sign a new agreement so they could charge me cause I’m still not sure why I signed an agreement online last night and had to sign another one today, definitely going to avoid this place.
Just got my couch today! Love it! Thank you to Kody and the movers for the professionalism and timely manner of delivering it! You guys have always made sure our family is set for whatever needs we have! 💙
Horrible place to go I definitely do not recommend going. The other workers were actually nice over the phone the manager cody was a completely joke and rude person to both my wife and I. They try to Intimidate and lie to get what they need. Stay clear of this place
Update - Contact the Longmont store for the information, it was them that called me. I called back the number on my caller id immediately and it was Rent A Center, not some spoof number. If you're not finding my information then maybe look into your employees, they could the ones running the scam. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I've never been to, called, or even looked at a Rent a Center website before and then yesterday I received 2 text messages about my pre-approval followed by a call from the store. Then when I told the guy that called, I think he said his name was Cody, that I don't know what he's talking about, he kind of laughed and said "we've been seeing more of this lately". No apology, no offer to look into the applicaton, nothing. It's like they don't care if their company scams people, as long as they get their commission.
Guys are super friendly and products are good. Just make sure that your health is at 100% and you will not get sick while you lease with them. They can't do much for you if you get sick and can't make payment on time. Totally understand that they need to run a business. It's not their fault I got breast cancer. 🫤
