I have been doing business with this company for several years now, since they were up in Fort Collins. Today I called looking for an ETA on my refrigerator and I was given 2 more days passed my promised delivery date. Crystal the so called manager said that was not promised that date, and it was the day the store would get the delivery of the refrigerator. They did not explain that to me when I placed the order. I asked for manager higher than her, and she refused. I am never doing business with them again. This is the false advertising on their part

John Magadan got here in great timing and was very professional. I will definitely refer Aarons to others and shop here again. Also who ever I spoke with on the phone...I believe she was a manager was polite and made sure my problems were handled on the spot. Thanks Aarons!

Poor customer service never repleced broken damage furniture . Also never credit money back for computer after returned. Refused to pick up furniture do to being broken. Do not rent from them nothing but lies.

Horrible experience. Made an order online for a dryer, called the store after it was approved and they can't deliver, but their excuse was we don't have anything to do with online purchases. I was approved for 600 per month in product, got the dryer for 12 a week, they took my payment and won't deliver my dryer and calling the 800 number is a joke. I've tried for three days, only to spend an hour on hold and no agent. No answers, no product, in my opinion I would avoid this company and keep your money.
