Very disappointed, driver called me about my bill id ask him did you go over noted on the account or talk to anyone?? and i told him well you should have a order for pick on monday he had the nerve to say oh you cant pay your in a snob tone and hung up on me this morning!! JUST SO YOU KNOW I CANT PAY CAUSE I JUST PAID FOR ONCOLOGY CO PAY!! That why I talk to your boss yesterday about pick up on monday
Sales Executive Monsey is the best at this location and the Installation technician was also very awesome did a wonderful job. Very satisfied with this RAC Location
Scaring my daughter at the front door (a minor) while I am at work is a horrible practice for collections of $60 after months of on time payments. Last agreement I will ever have with RAC. Aaron's will be my next recommendation and choice.
I have a no soliciting Sign on my door that is very large. I have a house full of furniture. I don't need to rent anything. I've never rented for rent center. I've never called them. I've never interacted with them.. They have solicited and harassed me four times, they leave trash on my door right in front of the sign that tells them not to, and they have the audacity to knock on my door and ring my doorbell multiple times, which I'm starting to believe is purposefully, passive aggressive harassment because I have no soliciting Sign. I'm disabled and my child is autistic so there's a reason I don't need people or want people harassing me at my fromt door. The kind of people that will do this, are not the kind of people to rent from or spend money with. Go to another Rent-A-Center location if anything. If they leave one more thing on my door after I have told them not to several times, I will be getting the Denver Police Department involved.
The actual customer service was fantastic. The delivery time was doable and accurate. However, the delivery guys have no clue how to install a dryer vent hose after an hour of messing with it. They said it was good and they left the minute. I turned the dryer on the whole dryer vent hose fell on the floor. They did not clamp it down like it should have been, it was also cut too short. They have no clue what they’re doing. I ended up buying a new dryer Vet hose with the plants that need to be used to install it properly and did it Myself
