Half of the furniture in my home is from RAC Clifton! If they don't have what I'm looking for in store they go above and beyond to make sure I get it in a reasonable time or they help me find another great deal! Best team I have shopped with. I have gotten a lot of things from them. I really there six month pay off option it’s a lot easier for my family instead of spending a lot on something up front. I did get a couch this week and I usually pick it up my self but I had a accident and crushed my hand so they delivered and set up for me and Jeremy and Josh were super helpful we couldn’t get them through my front or back door and they ended up helping get it threw my front window. They set it all up for me and helped put my screen back on my front window. Gave me a good laugh for the day. But the guys in the building also have done very good and always helped me out and always been very professional and nice! I always look to get furniture and appliances from the Clifton rent a center because of there kindness!
Just rented a refrigerator for a month while waiting for mine to arrive. Staff was friendly, accomodating and professional. They will deliver when needed and pick up when I'm done. Very pleased with the overall transaction and product. Happy to not live out of coolers for a month!
Awesome Customer Service. I had a great experience, I was waited on, the moment I walked in the door. I got me a tv and tv stand here, with no problems. Leon explained everything to me, and made a same day delivery happen, even if he was the only one to deliver my order. He deserves recognition and a raise 😁
