They put a computer on my account without my knowledge and they used my routing number after I cancelled my auto pay because they put the computer on my account. They never apologize for doing wrong!!!! I just got charged 50 dollars for being late because I have been thinking the couch was paid for. They keep taking different amounts from my account and had the nerve to charge my account 50 dollars for my couch.

The manager is amazing and the guys here are awesome to say the least. Will definitely be getting more furniture, electronics, tools tires and more from here as I get my stuff paid off.

June 22 .I go in on my 2 weeks to pay new staff says your 4 days late my credits have not been applied.the amount is always different . Not sure what's going on there .but I've been a customer for 14 yrs and just recently nothing is correct .new staff. Need training and to get familiar with customers .my bike and cabinet should only be 108 .I go in they say 124 130 .

Brenda was great, she was professional and helped us find what we were looking for. The install was also great, the guys were on time and did a great job. Thank you so much, I didn't know you could buy appliances out right from Rac i would recommend them to anyone, thanks again for a wonderful experience

Was almost going well, but the manager was brought over to help because they couldn't fathom the concepts "Independant Contractor" and "Business Owner", or that a door dash agent and a photographer were only accountable to themselves. The manager repeatedly shushed me while trying to drill my wife for information, after interrupting me mid sentence to let us know who she was speaking with. (Not me). Unfortunately, I'm not so easily silenced, and use my reviews for free exposure for my own work. The sales associate however, Chris, was wonderful and tried very hard to provide customer service and answer all of our questions. He was a pleasure. Unfortunately, the manager didn't bother to 8ntroduce herself so I can't offer her name. If she could be avoided, I would say this store would be a winner. But the way she was behaving towards customers was 100% unacceptable. So unfortunately, Photos By Jake cannot recommend this business for patronage. Most unfortunate.
