Got this message from the manger about and offer to get right till my next payment date which at the time was the first. Called him and he said o no those are automated. I can do 125 so I pay the 125 to get myself right till the first and he changed the due date to the 18th of the same month ive bought several fridges from here all crapped out on me. Get one payment behind and they done nothing but harass me about it and then pulled this and the owner did nothing but ask the store ignoring the fact they use what they call "old offers" to get you to call back then say they can't honor them get you to pay more tell you good till you next payment date then move your payment date to where its due again that month every fridge beside this last one the coolant system has gone out. Had insurance each time and they never honored it do not buy from here ever
Ive bought several fridges from here 2 crapped out and then I got one month behind paid the next month and been harassed ever since contacted them they said they'd call to work something out never called just kept harassing me they've showed up and knocked all day over one month behind mind u ivs bought three fridges and never was behind once I had some life issue got behind one month originally had the insurance they canceled my contract and now will literally not stop harassing my phone or periodically showing up to my home to do so this current fridge will be the last thing I ever by from here
Dwayne and Dalton at the Siloam Spring location exceed expectations of customer service and attentiveness. 10/10 best experience because of those two gentlemen.
been a week, paid the initial payment, no one from a store has contacted me regarding my order, asking if i have questions or even to acknowledge my order.
Of course this was an amazing visit and this is going to sound like debatebally my fault too so think what you will. So my days off at work had changed and I don't know exactly what I was thinking??? So my new days off are Saturday Sunday and my old days off were Monday Tuesday. This speaker payment being on Saturday threw me off quite a bit but I can pay the first payment ON MONDAY PLEASE DO NOT COME GET MY SPEAKER!!!

Walked in, they had a few customers up on the front counter, so I looked around. Once all the customers were done, I continued to look around, waiting for them to finish what they were doing on the computer. About 5 minutes or so later, no one greeted me, so I went up to the counter. The guy at the counter hardly even said anything to me. I told him what I was looking for, and he said "what we've got on the sales floor is what we've got." So I asked if it was possible to order something, and he replied with "Probably," and didn't even bother to show me what could be ordered, didn't even offer. I felt like he didn't even want me there, or to be a returning customer (as I would be a RAC returning customer).
They never got my payment date correct and harassed me calling my job friends and family bothering them just to find out my payment wasnt even due for a week. Also charged me more on my payments then the agreemeagreementThey also have a very unfriendly staff. But other then that the product we rented was awesome worked perfectly no complaints there.
