I love how none of my reviews show up online i’ve attempted to review this entity multiple times and they never show up. Maybe they have something to hide maybe like the regional manager never contacting people when they’re asked to or the actual owner of Aaron‘s contacting maybe that needs to happen maybe the actual owner needs to reach out or give me the information in order to reach out to them so we can come to an understanding and we can get things resolved cause quite frankly I wouldn’t shop at this store because the manager is very disrespectful rude and is a compulsive liar
They have a new team there and I just gotta say… James does AMAZING. I’ve had my fridge since February. I ended up getting a Nintendo Switch about a month ago and yesterday went and got a dryer! Great customer service and deals!
They are HORRIBLE and RUDE especially the manager whoever that lady is, she need to work at a morgue or a dish washer somewhere cause she is rude. You all need to hire someone who has customer service skills and who doesn’t think they own the store and can actually help with things..
My mother had bad experiences with this store,my mother order a living room set from this place 3 weeks ago they promise her that it would be delivered before thanks giving that didn’t happen, so she been calling checking on it from time to time and the response is always oh we still don’t have it in yet .Today she went back to the store to see what was going on with her furniture and why she haven’t received it.The manger stated that she couldn’t get her furniture no explanation why, which at this point it doesn’t even matter anymore she just wants her money back. She ask them well if she can’t get the furniture let me get my money back. His response was we don’t have any cash . This doesn’t make no since to me and the sad part is he said we will call you when we get some cash. We needs some answer from the owner because this is called stealing. What do you mean we don’t have cash what do mean we will call you when we get cash this is sinceless. I need some answer!!!!!! Aaron’s in Pinebluff Arkansas and if she don’t get a response from the owner or get her money back we will take legal action !! Cause this don’t make no since to me if I bought something from you guys and didn’t pay you would do the same ...
I had an unexpected move come up and had to return the fridge after paying a month due to I only get paid once a month. They took 12 days and scheduled me 3 times overall to pick it up after I moved. The 3rd time they picked it up. When I asked for a refund for unused days paid for I was told they couldn't do it. Folks I moved from a house with roommates to my own camper not likely to fit in here. My advice to you is if you use them pay weekly so they don't get money for unprovided services.
