I'm giving this another try. The last washer and dryer set I rented had roaches in them I have lived over 5years in my apt and never had roaches until then hopefully they will give me some kind of offer or deal since I've had to deal with this... But they probably don't care

Wouldn’t even rate it a 1 but kinda had to to be able to leave my comment. WORST furniture store I have ever dealt with. The whole team up there is a damn joke and so rude. Worst customer service EVER. Corporate really needs to step in and fire the people that work there and hire workers that actually care about their customers.

Service sucks! They delivered brand new furniture, tore the leather, as well & sending 1 guy to move it in my 14yr old had to help the guy, which he got hurt in the process the couch got damaged. I was making automatic payments they was aware of the damage claimed they would make it right & never did, I had a total loss house fire, & come to find out they reported me as a skip & trying to sue yet I lost this in a house fire.

My range ain't worked in over amonth and they keep someone will come. Out. And no one has. I'm really disappointed and furious. My appliances is in Justin Sandefurs. Name I pay it. Renta center in paragould arkansas had told me for a month someone was coming out. Well they haven't. U need to call that store. I'm very disappointed

Amanda was amazing! The customer service was outstanding! So friendly and even went out of her way to make some deals for me! Will definitely recommend rent a center and her personally!
