First off the people that work here are nice and helped up until this point with any questions or concerns. Heard a lot of horror stories about Rent One as a business, but thought people just overblew it because they don't take responsibility for payments or what not. Was proven wrong as my washer dies the day the final payment is suppose to process, I tell them about it and assume I could get some help on it since its literally that day(wasn't even cleared through the bank). Want to charge $150 just to look at it plus extra cost. First purchase through them and will not be back.
Nice help full people. And very caring. The manger Randy and his wife,and coworkers are the best iv meet in people in over the last 30 years. They are at the Osceola Arkansas Location. And I like to say some Jesus loving folks. 🙏. Amen. Got To have some Jesus it makes a life worth of happiness and People like Randy are the best. I've been a customer with them for a while now, I usually find what I want. They're also great about working with you. If you renting to own something from them & it's not working they will come to fix it or replace it. I've never had any problems with them.
I bought a washer dryer set and my dryer was not heating and would not shut off unless done so. They where very reasonable around my schedule. Even when the dryer they brought also did not work they where kind polite and helpful. I just have really bad luck with dryers always have. If you say it's not broken I bet I look at it and it will break lolz 🤣
