They sold me a 900 dollar stove then told me the one I purchased was in the shop and they could get me another one well upon getting the othe one and paying it off in a month the stove's mother board goes out I call and tell them what happen they say since I paid it off the warranty won't cover it so now I have a 900 dollor rats nest
I want to give 5 stars to Sarah the manager. Sarah helped us as long as she could. The one star is for Mandy who has 0 customer service! She is rude and tries to talk above you when you try to explain something. She called me and said I had BETTER have the merchandise to the store by 530. Well I did hang up on her. Sarah would have never spoken that way. People run into problems and issues that we can't control sometimes. Mandy had me believing I would be arrested. I have a illness and stress is the worst thing for it. Mandy all I'm going to say is change your attitude when someone can't pay or get out of the customer service business. It's definitely not for you! Sarah thank you for all your help.
I would not use them the dryers and washers are trash. My payment was due today and came and got it the same day. Been a loyal customer for years. I had one bad day.
Nashville, AR location. Raymond and Sara have been nothing by amazing. Sara has been there since we have started renting from rent a center and has always been there for us no matter it be to reschedule a payment or something needed fixed. She has always came through 100 percent. Raymond has great customer service skills and is always there to help. I truly recommend going to see Sara and Raymond at rent a center Nashville AR. Thank you team for all you do for me and my family.
Called at 3:50 pm on 4/5/23 inquiring about washers because I need to purchase one and the lady on the phone couldn't answer any of my questions and started acting annoyed and said I would just have to come in. No thanks, if you can't tell me the brand of washer and price then I will take my business somewhere. Sorry RAC but you just lost a sale.
