I order mattress and bedroom set on sept 14 made payment on it n still havent got them or heard anything it shouldnt take this long i aint order from them again i am going back to aarons they can cancel my order n pay me back my first payment tired playing waiting game they still havent cancel i talk to damon justin and still say i owe when i never received it it been over 25 days n nothing getting but getting harassment

Liars! Was told 1 thing then didn’t stand by their word when we did never miss a payment or even late. So beware if you go to mountain home store. Damon was the one who lied to us. Even corporate said he was in the wrong. I would have gave them a 10 only if he kelp his word and stopped dodging my calls and even was told by the delivery guy Damon was in the bathroom TMI! I wish I could give them a great review but being lied to and up held our end and he didn’t PATHETIC

Bought an oversized recliner on an everything is 50% off sale and I was told if I pay it off in 90 days I get the same as cash. When I received it I loved it was awesome oversized big chair for me. Cause when I think oversized I think well built but that is NOT the case within a month starting getting hard to lay back when reclining eventually I heard a crack and like the back broke. For some reason first he looks at is the back says the metal frame is bent. I was thinking I heard a crack like wood not metal seemed weird to check that anyway they got me another chair I pay it off 2 months later this time I can hear metal clanging when I try to lay back in it come look at it in same spot and says frame is bent claim it’s something we have to be doing to the chair. I mean I got it because it’s oversized for bigger people it can hold up to me. Nope. They also claimed I quit paying for my membership benefits when it was set to auto pay. So now they are saying I’m in my own because supposedly my membership benefit was canceled without my approval. I have a mind to take this chair back put it on the showroom floor and take another one I have a helpers and a paid in full receipt. I called corporate and i was told to give the 48 hours and it’s been like 4 days haven’t heard anything so I can see how this is gonna so. Don’t even think of doing business with this place. I was going to buy the loveseat sleeper and a new freezer eventually but they can’t handle the costumers they have .

I have been trying to get ahold of someone to talk about a refrigerator that I had already paid the first payment of $10 to. In regards to setting up a delivery date but everytime I get ahold of someone they tell me their computer is down or they will call me back and I have not heard anything. I placed the order on February 27th, I called to set a delivery date and the guy I spoke to told me he couldn’t track the fridge. I mentioned to him that I wasn’t paying for a fridge if I didn’t have it, because I continued to get notifications saying my payment was late or past due on the item. He told me he was going to speak to his district manager about having it pushed off until I got the fridge. Here we are March 13th still haven’t heard from anyone about where my fridge is and I got a text telling me my agreement with them has expired. I have a couch with them and they were amazing with helping me get that so I assumed I would have just as good luck the second time around but I believe I will not be going the rent a center again.

Had them come pick up a washer of their's 3 week ago. There employee didn't do his job correctly. And there were charging me $3 a week. Then manager said I can refund you $3 not the rest. I ask for GM number manager hung up on twice. I would strongly recommend not rent anything from them. It's not the customer fault your employee didn't finish the job . I will be calling corporate office today!!
