Trying to reach someone now to cancel a item I just got. After getting a notification from my bank that they tried to pull a payment at 5:30 in the morning. When in reality I don't get paid on the first it's . At this point I'm done this action could have put my account in the negative. Trying to reach someone now to send this stove I have used because it doesn't fit any of my plugs in my house. 🙄🙄

I am very happy with the service I have received from the Magnolia Aaron's Rent to Own store. They have always been friendly and helpful in every way. Their products are diverse and easy to view online with product measurements and descriptions available. I do most of my shopping online. It is convenient and easy to navigate the website and view the products. You can save your favorite items so you can easily find them again later. Love this store. Thank you for the opportunity to rent to own my favorite things! I now have furniture, appliances, and a place to sleep.

I have bought several items thru them in fact, would like to continue. But to have them call me twice in one day to tell me about my payment up coming , is ridiculous. The last call was at 7 45pm. i am truly irritated that not only did they interput my work day they ,interput my family time.

I don't really know who it was that we were speaking too in store but we canceled our whole contracts due mainly to lack of customer sevice. Someone should not visibly seem annoyed and uninterested in what someone is saying right off the bat. It was terrible. We were customers in El Dorado but for whatever reason they shut down and this rudeness is what we were left with. I know I'm not buying anything from here again.
