I cannot recommend Aaron rentals Harrison Arkansas. December 3rd 2025 I go into their Harrison Arkansas office I put down money on two pieces of merchandise two different agreements. I finish paperwork leave with a 65 inch new TV in my truck they said it be a week before they could get washer dryer set delivered on the 8th day today they want to deliver sure come on over so they show up and want to see my identification ok showed it then they wanted additional verification I lived at address I said to delivery rude workers I said additional verification ? I said I have new TV from Aaron's in my house now if additional verification is recommended why wasn't I told that by Megan December 3rd ? So 8 days goes by never any call from Aaron's requesting additional address verification obviously no concern on their part I told delivery drivers I'm not providing additional verification they had their chance to do that December 3rd and they did not they took money out the door with TV lol. Then they refused to back up to my basement door to unload the moron parked in front of house in street they were going to dolly uphill on rugged terrain risking damaging the merchandise when I explain this to Megan she said it's Aaron policy they can't drive on yard lawn I called several other Aaron rentals Missouri Arkansas they told me they never heard of such policy and the delivery drivers did not say there was policy that they couldn't back up on yard lawn so that was propaganda on Aaron part they acted very unprofessional don't have their ducks in order and when they do wrong they attempt to distract from that wrong by telling lies I would definitely not recommend good merchandise bad people working the Harrison Arkansas office and management should be fired be sure you have ducks in order following protocols before you send merchandise out your doors

Edit: Searched on your website for a surround sound system found Yamaha vht - 5960 for $2429.00 it is 750.00 on Best Buy's website. You are doing nothing but ripping people off. If I could give zero stars for your scam bs I would. I like how you lured me in with $0.01 starter price, but now you want $97 down for a $300 air conditioner. Y'all can go screw yourself. I'm going to pay my stuff off in the next 3 weeks and never deal with you again. I only did this because I didn't have to go get it.

My number was somehow given to them for someone I know. When I was never put as a reference, on an account that was made years prior to me ever knowing them. And I live multiple states away. Chris is in the wrong business and needs to become a debt collector lol. Because, he definitely did his due diligence to find someone to contact whom they’re looking for. People please pay your bills so they don’t have to stalk you down and everyone you’ve met in life since creating the account. Lol

I have been a customer with Aaron's for many years and overall I have been treated great until recently. I have run into a streak of personal bad luck which has also worked into my pocketbook. My house was broken into while I was with my mother who was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer stage 3. The person who stole everything from me is family. Drug addiction is a serious disease that can make people do things that they normally wouldn't dream of doing. I did everything I was supposed to do, I filed charges and pressed them to the max. When I finally broke down and told Blane at Aaron's about my situation he was horrible to me. He accused me of trying to get out of paying for the merchandise , when what I was asking for was an extension. After 5 minutes of being spoke to very disrespectful and him threatening to come get the tv I finally asked him how he was going to pick something up that had been stolen. I admit, I did call him a dumb ass at this point. I was very upset. Then he had the nerve to ask me if I had gone to college to learn how to talk like that. Like I said, I have been a very good customer with them for many years and overall have been treated well. But now, as long as Blane is employed there , I will take my business elsewhere. I was literally in tears. Thanks Blane, I hope you sleep well at night . You sir need to go to college and take a course in people skills. But on a better note, my thanks do go to the employees who have been so thoughtful and understanding . A special thank you to Tim for giving me the extension I needed. It just sucks that I have to continue paying for a TV that has been stolen from me and I no longer have. Not your fault nor mine.

I have had nothing but friendly and helpful from there. I have been dealing with Aaron's since before I moved here from Ga. They took on my out of state account. Ive been dealing with Harrison Office since 2010 and will continue to. I am very pleased with EVERYTHING i have purchased.
