Horrible, I ordered a washer&dryer set that was supposed to be delivered Monday (2/19/2024) and nobody ever showed up or called to even let me know they weren’t coming, here it is 2/21/2024 and still haven’t heard anything about it, I will not be buying from here again and don’t even want the washer and dryer anymore!

They didn’t have anything at the Eldorado location. Not a phone or a bed frame or a mattress and she laughed and said it would be 6 weeks before anything I would order came in and her trucks have barely had anything on them for months. Super sucks!!!!

Horrible! Been waiting on my night stand to my bedroom set with a simple bracket that needed to be fixed for 2 months. All they could say is it got lost. In other words they forgot! I even said I'll keep it. They said they couldn't leave it like that. I called the store and it's still not fixed. Now they promise it will be fixed and delivered next day. If that's the case it could of been fixed.

If you just need something to tide you over....sure, come on down and get it. But truthfully...you're better off saving and buying new furniture and such outright.

I have sat around 4 hours waiting on my furniture and every time I call, I get "we have it loaded up" "be there in 10 mintues" "well we are a man short today" why place someone in a time frame and not meet those deadlines... horrible service. The last time I EVER rent from here again.
