Ivan and David went above and beyond last Friday evening for my family and myself. We showed up with only 15 mins to closing time and these guys stayed over an hour past that to ensure that we were able to get transportation for the living room set, refrigerator and 65 inch television that we started new accounts for! These guys rock at the Conway, AR store on Oak Street! I’m so happy to be doing business with them and again, thanks Ivan and David!!

Bad experience. Bought a product and it quit working less than a week later. 5 days to be exact. I call and the manager is out. I call the next day I take them back, no one offers to help unload and then I had to tell the manager how to fix the issue. I had to tell him to call the customer service number on the product bc he was fixing to send it to a repair shop and void the warrant. I leave and return a few hours later to look at a fridge. I ask what he has found and he tells me "well I was waiting on you so we could fix this." Is rent a center going to put me on payroll? Next he calls his district manager who tells him exactly what to do next and he says he will call me with resolution. Needless to say even though they were not busy, he was sitting around chit chatting both times I was in, he could not take time to do his job. Y'all need to re-evaluate customer service. I cancelled the 899.99 floor cleaning system and the 2300 fridge and someone else is getting that business.

If your looking for furniture etc. with affordable payments RAC is your place! Make sure you ask for Ivan!! He was very nice very professional and helps you find exactly what your looking for. I was approved and in and out super quick he explained everything for me and made sure it was something i could manage being a single mom ❤️. He wants to make sure whatever your getting you truly love and are happy with 10/10 recommend him for whatever your furniture needs!
