I have an account at batesville and manager went back to Rent One and and auto debit month for me when I asked but didn't tell me she left ,I requested she debit she informed via text that she was no longer there. I spent the money in account in Christmas. So spoke with the account manager to see if I could get extension and regional manager denied so I haven't paid or given the product back yet. After being in the business for 25 yrs and retiring from it in batesville ,I have dealt with the Sheriff and Judge Hairet and they believe the rental company's are way overpriced so it's hard to them to act . So like rent a center at days 90 we also changed off accounts.its to bad that a simple extension request turned into this mess

Customer service is very helpful. They are kind , great at knowing their product. I am very pleased at the amount of people who was available immediately. They were very impressive. I bought a new washer and will soon get the dryer to match. Very informative. Thankyou for the time you took to help me decide.

I was having the hardest time finding furniture after moving into a new place and was going to have to wait months at other places....Kristi and Lisa are great...found the furniture I wanted and had it delivered to me in a week! Speaking of deliveries...the 2 gentlemen that showed up on delivery day were just that...very respectful of me, my furniture and my home! Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Fast and easy approval! Same day service which is what I definitely needed for the item I was looking for. Lisa is very knowledgeable in things you’re looking for with out trying to sell you what you’re not looking for. You ask and she gets it done. Will be purchasing again. That’s for sure!!

Went for sale (1/2 of pre-leased items), good experience, fast delivery (great since I moved into a new home without washer dryer and been going to my mom's).
