The arkadelphia team was amazing from the lady at the desk to the manager to absolutely the delivery team, this job is not an easy one, and they laughed all the way through it.10/10 recommend this store!!!
We had the best experience possible renting a lift chair for my mother in law during our stay in Arkadelphia. Jonathan and Austin in the store and the delivery guys were the most helpful and pleasant as we could have asked for. Thank you again.
The Arkadelphia location is very unprofessional. When I first came to look at beds. The lady told me one price and when I got all my stuff delivered the price was 3X what she said it would be. The store manager called and I missed the call. The voicemail was very unprofessional. There was inappropriate music playing in the background. Cussing and all. The one girl then tried to force me to set up auto pay. She texted me and told me that she would get in trouble if I didn’t and got very rude when I refused. This location needs to be investigated on the people working here.
The process online was easy! The hard part is they delivered the wrong recliner almost 2 weeks after I ordered it. They called and sent the correct one. The delivery guy was alone on the delivery and he managed to scratch my floor doing so, I just had new luxury vinyl flooring installed about 2 month prior. Made a complaint to Jonathan and was told to get a estimate to fix it, I did and still yet haven’t been reimbursed or contacted about reimbursement but they want me to keep paying my payment which isn’t a problem but moving onto the recliner, it was good the first week, this thing isn’t a month old and the left arm rest is flat and seems under stuffed. I will not be making anymore payments and expect my estimate to be met as Jonathon said it would after sending him pictures of the big gashes in my floor. Upon seeing the gashes I had to help the delivery guy load the old one just to get him out of my house. So use caution before you decide to let a delivery guy in your home.
They are only getting one star because of the really nice delivery guy. I don't think the guys in the store care about anything, but making money. We went in for a mattress only. Told two different employees. By the time we signed paperwork they had us down for an entire bedroom set, everything EXCEPT for the mattress. Never received any updated paperwork. Still haven't been told a price. We got the wrong mattress the first time and when we got the right one, it was used, not in a box, with dirty stains on it. We asked if we could pay every 2 weeks, now I'm getting calls and emails not even a week later, telling me out payment is due. We will probably be sending their stuff back. They do not care about their customers. Should have taken it as a sign when we first went in, a lady was very upset because she had waited 2 months for a remote for her TV.
